Return

If you have any issue regarding your order, kindly contact us at contact@vanitizeshoes.com or +923378293357 within 48 hours of receiving it along with your order number and reason for return. Please note that queries received after 48 hours will not be accepted. 

 

Once our team responds to your return request, we will arrange a rider to collect the order from your doorstep—completely free of charge. You will be informed in advance about the pickup date by our team.
Please ensure someone is available at home when the rider arrives for pickup.

We will notify you after your order has been received and inspected- and will let you know if your return has been approved.

If your return is approved, the payment will be transferred to your provided bank account number (please note that refund transfer may take up to 14 working days).

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for return/refund orders. An amount of PKR 150 will be deducted from your total refund amount, this applies to the free delivery orders as well. 

These items must be returned in the exact same condition as you received them. Original packaging and unused to be eligible for return Item received with any mark or dust/dirt will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return conditions has not been followed and the article will be shipped back to you with a Cash on Delivery amount of PKR 150.

 

Items bought on sale are not eligible for return and can be exchanged for size, subject to availability. This rule does not apply to promotion offers.

Although this doesn't happen often, we always want to make sure that you receive a perfect product. We will issue a replacement or full refund as long as you contact us within 48 hours of your order delivery date. Once your return request is accepted, our rider will make one pickup attempt only.

In case the customer is unavailable, does not answer the call, or asks the rider to come another day due to the parcel not being ready, no second attempt will be made.

In such cases, the customer must dispatch the return themselves within 5 working days from the approval date and share the tracking ID with us.

Returns must be dispatched within 5 working days either through our pickup or by the customer.

If the dispatch is not made within the given timeframe, the return request will be automatically cancelled.

Exchange

Once approved customers can do exchanges for the same item in another size/colour, or for a completely new item of their choice. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.



 

We offer one time complimentary exchange- regardless of size, colour, or design, with free shipping. For any additional exchanges beyond the first- customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

In such cases, the customer must arrange shipment themselves and share the tracking ID with us within 5 working days from approval.

Whether through our pickup or self-dispatch, the exchange parcel must be sent out within 5 working days.

Delays beyond this period will result in cancellation of the exchange request.
